Tualai values your privacy. We collect only the data necessary to deliver and improve our App and related services ("Services"). This Privacy Policy applies to any Tualai site or application, regardless of how you access or use them, including through mobile devices.

Tualai does not sell, lease, or otherwise engage in the unauthorized distribution of your personal information.

Where data is used for service improvement, research, or artificial intelligence training, such data will be processed only in anonymized and aggregated form, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Tualai does not consider anonymized or aggregated data to be personal information, as it cannot be used to identify you.

When you register for an account as a Tualai user, we collect only the following personal information: your name, email address, and mobile phone number. We do not sell, rent, or share any of this information for advertising or commercial purposes. We also collect the following additional information when you register your gender, country, state, city, and zip code. The Users can only be looked up by their treating Service Provider.

We collect limited personal information, such as basic user details and data related to how you interact with the Platform. This may include usage patterns, device information, and other technical data necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Platform's performance and user experience.

Google Workspace API Data Use

The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Tualai retains your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. This may include the duration of your active account and a reasonable period afterward for purposes such as complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, conducting audits, enforcing our agreements, or supporting legitimate business interests.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data; however, no system is completely secure. While we strive to safeguard your information, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access or breaches.

In compliance with United Arab Emirates Federal Law No. 2 of 2019 and applicable UAE data protection laws, all health data and personal data collected through the Platform is stored and processed exclusively on secure servers located within the United Arab Emirates.

Tualai does not store User health information on servers located outside the UAE. Access to such data from outside the UAE is conducted through secure remote access systems, without transferring or permanently storing the data outside the UAE.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to ensure that User data remains protected and compliant with UAE regulatory requirements at all times.

Legal Compliance and Law Enforcement

Tualai cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with applicable law. We will decrypt and disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (such as subpoenas, search warrants, or other orders from courts or law enforcement), to protect our property and rights or the property and rights of a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we consider to be illegal.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Tualai uses cookies, software development kits (SDKs), and similar tracking technologies to enhance functionality, analyse usage, personalize your experience, and support core features of the Platform. These technologies may collect information about your device, interactions, preferences, and usage patterns to help us improve the performance and relevance of our Services.

Please note that disabling some of these technologies may affect the Platform functionality or performance.

We only use tracking technologies in compliance with applicable privacy laws and platform policies, including Apple App Store Guidelines and Google Play Developer Policies. Where required, we will request your explicit consent before enabling non-essential cookies or tracking tools.

You can manage or disable certain tracking technologies at any time through your device settings or privacy controls available within the Platform.

AI-Powered Recommendations

Tualai uses artificial intelligence (AI) to provide personalized insights, suggestions, and content tailored to your journey. To deliver these services, your data may be processed by AI models hosted by trusted third-party providers.

All data processing is conducted in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We ensure that any third parties involved are contractually bound to maintain the confidentiality and security of your data.

AI-Generated Content – Tualai provides content generated by artificial intelligence, which may at times be inaccurate, biased, harmful or inappropriate. Users are solely responsible for verifying the information and exercising independent judgment.

Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify affected users within the timeline required by the applicable laws.

Change of Ownership

If we are subject to a merger or acquisition with/by another company, we may share information with them in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Should such an event occur, we will require that the new combined or surviving entity follow this Policy or a substantially similar policy with respect to your personal information.

If we intend to handle your personal information for any purposes not covered in this Privacy Policy, you will receive prior notification of the processing of your personal information for the new purposes.
